I am a student of the art of nourishing Life. My roles as Wife, Mother, Chinese medical doctor, farmer, friend and last but certainly not least, as lover to myself, provide endless opportunities to develop this Way of being in the world. My intention is to consciously create a space to study, explore, reconnect to, and share themes about nourishing Life. Where this goes only my heart knows, and may it be that I follow her lead!
